THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY Tr.CRIMINAL PETITION No.10 OF 2017 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 407 Cr.P.C to withdraw M.C.No.30 of 2015 pending on the file of the Court of the Additional Judicial Magistrate of I Class, Avanigadda and transfer the same to any Court in Hyderabad.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Gantasala Udaya Bhaskar for the respondent Nos.1 and 2. At the time of arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the Criminal Petition with liberty to urge the grounds raised in this petition, before the trial Court. Permission is accorded.

In the result, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, granting the liberty as prayed for. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending if any in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
