HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No.1322 OF 2014 O R D E R :

Alleging violation of the orders dated 28.04.2014 passed by this Court in WP.MP.No.16531 of 2014 in WP.No.13199 of 2014, the present contempt case is filed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though a direction was issued to charge tariff for the petitioner's office premises under 'domestic category', the respondent authorities have charged under 'commercial category' for a period of two months and subsequently, they have charged under 'domestic category'.

Learned counsel for the respondents states that the order dated 28.04.2014, passed by this Court has been complied with. Since the order passed by this Court in WP.MP.No.16531 of 2014, has been complied, and the dispute sought to be raised by the petitioner can be resolved in the writ petition, I do not see any contempt committed by the respondent authorities. As such, Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs.
