HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT PIL No. 178 OF 2015 PC: (per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) Heard learned counsel for the parties.

We have perused the nature of prayer made in the public interest litigation (PIL). Having regard thereto and considering the status of the petitioner, we direct him to deposit Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) with the Registrar (Judicial), to show his bona fides, within a period of two weeks from today. If the petitioner fails to deposit the amount within the stipulated time, the PIL shall stand dismissed for non-prosecution without reference to the Court. If the amount is deposited, Office is directed to place this PIL for admission on 27-07-2015.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the PIL unconditionally.

PIL is dismissed as withdrawn.
