This petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C. seeking to withdraw O.P.No.145 of 2014 from the file of the Court of the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Madanapalle, and transfer the same to the file of the Family Court, Tirupati. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that during pendency of the O.P., the parties have amicably settled the matter outside the Court.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, no further orders are necessary in this transfer petition.

Hence, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
