This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the inaction of respondents 2 and 3 on the complaints lodged by the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home basing on instructions submits that a case in Cr.No.213 of 2018 was registered on 01-08-2018 basing on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, dated 01-08-2018.

Recording the same, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
