THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.36476 OF 2016 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed seeking to issue a direction to respondent No.1 to dispose of the revision petition as well as the stay petition filed by the petitioner on 8.9.2016. 2.
Case of the petitioner is that respondent No.4 has initiated proceedings against the petitioner before respondent No.3 questioning her possession over an extent of Ac.7.42 cents in R.S.Nos.352/2, 352/3 and 352/4 situated at Darbhagudem Village, Jeelugumilli Mandal, West Godavari District alleging that her possession over the said land is in contravention of the provisions of Regulation No.3(1) of the Andhra Pradesh Scheduled Areas Land Transfer Regulation 1/1959, as amended by Regulation 1/1970, and the same was allowed by respondent No.3 vide order, dated 30.11.2005, in S.R.No.50/2005. Challenging the said order, petitioner herein filed S.R.A.No.12/2008/F2 before respondent No.2 and the same was dismissed on 20.8.2016. Questioning the same, the petitioner filed a revision petition before respondent No.1 on 8.9.2016 along with a stay petition, but till date, respondent No.1 did not pass any orders either in the said revision petition or in the stay petition.

Heard and perused the material available on record. 4.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the grievance of the petitioner, respondent No.1 herein is directed to dispose of the revision petition filed by the petitioner on 8.9.2016
as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of six (6) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.
With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
