This criminal petition is filed, by the petitioners-accused Nos.3, 5 and 6, under Section 438 Cr.P.C., seeking anticipatory bail in Crime No.224 of 2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, Kazipet Police Station, Warangal district, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 143 and 307 r/w 149 of IPC. The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the Criminal Petition. Permission is accorded.

In the result, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
