Subhash Reddy) This appeal, under Section 19 of the Family Courts Act, 1984, is filed aggrieved by the order, dated 06.07.2004, passed in M.C.No.193 of 2002 by the Family Court, Visakhapatnam, by which, the petition filed by the respondents, under Section Cr.P.C., seeking maintenance, was allowed in part.

When the matter is called, there is no representation on behalf of the appellant.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed for nonprosecution. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed. No costs.
