HONB'E SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDARAM WRIT PETITION No.25909 OF 2006 ORDER:

The writ petition is filed questioning the order dated 10.01.2003, passed by the first respondent pertaining to TL Account No.16 and OD No.5 of the 3rd respondent and the order dated 26.10.2006 passed by the 8th respondent-A.P. Cooperative Tribunal, in C.T.A.No.362 of 2003.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri A. Ananda Rao, learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the issue involved in this matter has been settled by the petitioners themselves under a one time settlement scheme and on account of the same, the auction proceedings itself have been dropped by the respondents.

Recording the said submission, the writ petition is closed. However, liberty is given to the petitioners to approach the Court even by seeking review of the order in the event of the petitioners have any grievance with regard to the settlement. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
