When the matter was listed on 12.02.2015, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. A submission was made by the learned counsel for the 1st respondent that the tender process was completed and the tender was already awarded in favour of third parties. The same was recorded in the docket. Considering the submission of the 1st respondent's counsel, the matter was directed to be listed on 20.02.2015 under the caption "For Dismissal". Today also, when the matter is called, there is no representation for the petitioner.

Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
