All these four writ petitions are disposed of by way of this common order as the issue raised in these writ petitions is one and the same.

Counsel appearing for petitioners has submitted that the respondents are not following the Village Servant Service Rules, 2005, therefore, these writ petitions are filed to direct the respondents to strictly follow the Village Servant Service Rules, 2005.

The learned Government Pleader appearing for respondents has submitted that in paragraph 7 of the counter affidavit, it has been categorically stated that the respondents are strictly following the Village Servant Service Rules, 2005 and are also following the instructions issued by the 2nd respondent in the Circular dated 09.12.2014. The apprehension of the petitioners is that the respondents are encouraging the Vootabandhi System instead of following Village Servant Service Rules, 2005 and the Circular dated 09.12.2014.

It has been specifically pleaded by the respondents in paragraph 7 of the counter affidavit that they are not following

Vootabandhi System and they will only follow Village Servant Service Rules, 2005 and the Circular dated 09.12.2014. In view of above said submission made in the counter affidavit, these writ petitions are disposed of directing the respondents to strictly follow the Village Servant Service Rules, 2005 and the Circular dated 09.12.2014 issued by the Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, Telangana State. No order as to costs.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
