THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI WRIT PETITION No.21419 of 2008 ORDER:
This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner/Sree Veera Venkata Satyanarayana Swamy Devasthamam Nai Brahmana Samkshema Seva Sangham, Annavaram seeking the following relief/s:- "....to declare the circular No.B3/39867/2007 dt.11-10-2007 as reiterated in Memo in D.Dis.No.A2/18202/2008 dt.20.9.2008 issued by the 1st respondent as illegal, arbitrary and unjust by issuing appropriate writ or order more particularly in the nature of writ of Mandamus and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper.

The learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned standing counsel for the 2nd respondent-Devasthanam would submit that during the pendency of this writ petition, the respondents have issued proceedings in L.Dis.No.A1/5751/2015-1 dated 22.04.2015 and also another proceedings in R.C.No.L1/2990/2014 dated 30.05.2015 enhancing the remuneration to Rs.10/- per each ticket sold for tonsuring and that in view of the said subsequent events, the present writ petition does not serve the interests of the writ petitioner Sangham completely and that therefore, the writ petitioner Sangham may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to question the aforementioned proceedings, which were subsequently issued.
3. Recording the said submission, permission is accorded to withdraw the writ petition.
4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the writ petitioner Sangham to question, if it so desires and so advised, the aforementioned proceedings, which were issued subsequent to the filing of this writ petition. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
