THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION NOs.3742 AND 3780 OF 2010 COMMON ORDER:

These two criminal petitions are filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. challenging the common order, dated 17-07-2009 in Crl.R.P.Nos.57 and 68 of 2006 on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge, Nalgonda.

2. Learned counsel for the 2nd respondent is present. On 12-04-2016 as there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner, this Court directed to post the matter under the caption 'for dismissal' today. Even today also, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It seems the petitioner is not evincing any interest to prosecute the case.

3. Therefore, the criminal petitions are dismissed for nonprosecution. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in these petitions shall stand closed.
