RAMASUBRAMANIAN AND THE HON'BLE SMT JUSTICE ANIS WRIT PETITION No. 30955 of 2016 ORDER: (Per VRS,J) Though the prayer made in the writ petition is for larger reliefs, Mr. Gopala Krishna Gokhaley, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, submitted that it will be sufficient for the present, if a direction is issued to the Chief Commissioner of Customs & Central Excise, to dispose of the representation, dated 23.11.2015, sent by the petitioner. In view of the said request, we directed Mr. B. Narayana Reddy, Assistant Solicitor General, to take notice for the 1st respondent. Mr. M.V.J.K. Kumar, learned counsel, takes notice for the other respondents.

Without going into the merits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the Chief Commissioner of Customs & Central Excise, to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 23.11.2015, and pass orders, in accordance with law, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
