Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader.

2. Learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the petitioner and respondents 2 to 4 have worked out their remedies against the final order passed by the Deputy Registrar of Cooperative Societies in Case No.2 of 2003 dated 18.12.2007 and the cause in the writ petition does not survive.

3. Learned counsel for petitioner, for want of latest instructions, is unable to give present position of the matter. By placing on record the submissions of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
