THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY Tr.C.M.P.No.481 of 2018 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 24 of CPC seeking to withdraw O.S.No.3072 of 2017 on the file of the Court of XXI Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, and transfer the same to the Court of Junior Civil Judge, Kurnool. 2.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to them under law.

Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Transfer C.M.P. is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
