HONOURABLE SRI J USTICE M.S.K . J AISWAL CRIMINAL PETITION No. 13209 of 2016 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings in FIR No. 58 of 2016 on the file of Station House Officer, Police Station, Kakinada II Town, Kakinada, EG District, registered for the offices punishable under Sections 420,506 read with Sections 34 and 384 IPC. When the Criminal Petition is taken up for consideration, the learned Public Prosecutor submitted that the police after completing the investigation in the aforesaid crime filed charge sheet referring the complaint to be a civil dispute. Placing on record the aforesaid submission of the learned Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioners to avail appropriate remedies available under law as and when required.

Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in the Criminal Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
