Mohd. Maqsood Ali, v. The State Of Telangana
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No. 32954 OF 2017 ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services.
This writ petition is filed claiming the benefits which are accrued to petitioner from 13.05.1975 to 26.05.1979, that too, based on order dated 26.02.1993 in O.A.No.1386 of 1992 and order dated 12.09.1997 in O.A.No.5090 of 1995. The reasons mentioned in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition for approaching this Court with abnormal delay are not satisfactory.
In view of the same, I do not see any reason to entertain the writ petition and same is accordingly dismissed on the ground of latches. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand dismissed.
