THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.11603 of 2017 ORDER:

The petitioners state that on the complaint lodged by the fourth respondent before the third respondent on 13.06.2015, FIR No.236 of 2015 was registered. The police investigated the crime and filed a charge sheet before the competent Court on 24.07.2015. The same is challenged in the present Writ Petition on the ground that the complaint of the petitioners was not registered, whereas the complaint of the fourth respondent was registered as a crime and investigation was taken up. If that is so, it is always open to the petitioners to seek appropriate remedy pursuant to their complaint, but they cannot challenge the charge sheet already filed by the police pursuant to registration of Crime No.236 of 2015 on 13.06.2015. This Court sees no ground to grant the relief sought in the Writ Petition. However, it is open to the petitioners to take appropriate proceedings in accordance with law.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. The miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ________________________________ A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO, J 03.04.2017 vs
