THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO W.P.No.26771 of 2018 ORDER:

Petitioner's grievance is that 6th respondent is building a lavatory on a Panchayat road and that the respondent Nos.3 and 4 are not taking any action thereon.

Sri K.K. Durga Prasad, learned Standing Counsel, appearing for respondent Nos.3 and 4 states that 6th respondent's construction is not in the land belonging to the Panchayat and that it is within 6th respondent's private property.

In view of the said statement made by the learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.3 and 4, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the Writ Petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
