This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner/ judgment debtor No.2, challenging the order, dated 07.08.2012, passed in E.P.No.86 of 2011 in O.S.No.717 of 2008 by the II Additional Junior Civil Judge, Warangal.

G.Malathi, learned counsel, representing Sri S.Lakshmikanth, learned counsel for the petitioner/ judgment debtor No.2 would submit that the petitioner/ judgment debtor No.2 passed away more than four months ago. As seen from the record, no steps are taken to get his Legal Representatives on record.

Recording the said submission of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/ judgment debtor No.2, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as abated. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this CRP shall stand closed.
