When the matter is taken up for hearing, the Counsel for the petitioner submits that the Writ Petition was filed at the time when the petitioner was redeployed to work as Shramik. 2.
This Hon'ble Court was pleased to grant interim directions on 25.07.2003 and by virtue of interim directions, the petitioner was continued as an Attender and he had attained the age of superannuation. 3.
The Standing Counsel for the respondent-Corporation has also not disputed the same.

In view of the above, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive. The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. 5.
