Heard Mr.Ch.B.R.P.Sekhar for petitioner, Mr.M.Siva Kumar for Mr.D.Ramesh for respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.C.Ravi for respondents No.3.

The petitioner prays the following relief:

"... Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents threatening and tying to demolish the house buildings of the petitioner situated in R.S.No.477/2 of Gannavaram Village and Gram Panchayat, Krishna District without following due process of law as illegal, arbitrary and in violation of Principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondents not to demolish the house building of the petitioner...".

The counsel for respondents 1 and 2 places before the Court the notice dated 31.10.2016 issued to petitioner against a few deviations noticed in this behalf.

Counsel for petitioner requests time to submit explanation and the same may be directed to be considered, orders are passed by respondents 1 and 2 in accordance with law. The statement is placed on record and the writ petition is disposed of by this order:

Petitioner is given two weeks time from today to submit explanation to notice dated 31.10.2016. The respondents are directed to consider the reply, pass orders and communicate the same within two weeks thereafter. Till a decision is taken and

communicated, the property covered by notice dated 31.10.2016 shall not be demolished.

No order as to costs.
