Heard counsel for the petitioner and the Government Pleader for Civil Supplies appearing for the respondents. 2.

In this Writ Petition, petitioner has assailed proceedings dt.23.12.2015 of the 2nd respondent suspending the petitioner's Fair Price Shop Dealership authorization.

Although counsel for the petitioner contends that no show cause notice was issued to the petitioner, the Government Pleader for Civil Supplies appearing for respondents has produced copy of the show cause notice dt.28.12.2015 which appears to have been served on the petitioner on 01.01.2016.

Under the show cause notice, time has been given to the petitioner to submit his explanation.

Therefore, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to submit her explanation, if any, to the said show cause notice within one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the same in accordance with the provisions of A.P. State Public Distribution System (Control) Order 2008 and pass a reasoned order, after conducting an appropriate enquiry there under and giving a personal hearing to the petitioner. This exercise shall be completed on or before 31.03.2016. There shall be no order as to costs.

6. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
