THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE T.AMARNATH GOUD W.P.No. 16870 of 2017 ORDER:

It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is having contract with the respondent and the tender period by eclipse of time expired on 09.02.2019. In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudicating the issue pertaining to the period of contract. But in so far as the settlement of accounts is concerned, it is the case of the respondent that the petitioner owes money in the form of certain penal interest and other heads and accordingly, a demand was also made. Since the period came to an end, this writ petition is liable to be dismissed as infructuous.

In so far as the amounts recovered by the respondent from the petitioner, it is always open to the respondents to initiate proceedings available under law and it is for the petitioner to file objections, if any, to the said demand.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
