HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.17090 of 2015 ORDER:
The relief sought for in this writ petition is to declare the action of the 2nd respondent in not taking any action to mutate the petitioner's name in the revenue records as owner, possessor and pattadar in respect of the lands in an extent of Ac.1.20 guntas situated at Muthagudem village, Chintagudem Revenue Village, Penuballi Mandal, Khammam District, as arbitrary and illegal and for issuance of consequential directions.
2. The petitioner claims to have filed an application on 02-062015 in that behalf to the 2nd respondent, which is said to be still pending before the 2nd respondent. Copies of the said application made to the 2nd respondent is filed along with the writ petition.
3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Asst. Government Pleader for Revenue.
4. It is fairly conceded by learned counsel for the parties that in similar matter in WP No.624 of 2014, this Court passed appropriate directions to consider the application of the petitioner therein within a timeframe and to pass orders thereon. In the circumstances, 2nd respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's application dated 02-06-2015 in accordance with law and pass orders thereon within a period of two months from the
date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
