HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. KESHAVA RAO CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.2142 of 2014 ORDER:
The present criminal revision is filed challenging the orders dated 25.08.2014 passed in Crl.M.P.No.3953 of 2014 in C.c.No.311 of 2013, on the file of the II Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Rajahmundry, dismissing the petition filed under Section 45 of the Indian Evidence Act.
When the matter is called today, the learned counsel for the 2nd respondent produced the Xerox copy of the judgment dated 18.08.2016 passed in C.C.No.31 of 2013, whereunder the petitioner has been acquitted for the offence under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act and the same is made as part of the record and submitted that the matter has become infructuous since no further orders are required in the revision case. Accordingly, the criminal revision case is dismissed as infructuous.
