THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.5462 OF 2017 ORDER :

Heard. With the consent of both counsel, this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

Petitioner was originally engaged as Thoty in the year 2001 on compassionate grounds and later appointed as Laskar. It appears his services were dispensed with in December, 2015 on the ground of unauthorised absence.

Ventilating his grievance against such illegal termination, petitioner submitted representation on 19.02.2016 and reminder on 04.03.2016. Alleging inaction on the part of the respondents in considering the representations submitted by the petitioner and not inducting him to duty, this writ petition is filed. 4.

Since petitioner has submitted representations and the same are pending consideration with the competent authority, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition, and to keep the writ petition pending.

Having regard to the above, without expressing any opinion on merits, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Director, M.N.J. Institute of Oncology and Regional Cancer Centre, Redhills, Hyderabad-1st respondent to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 19.02.2016 and 04.03.2016 and pass appropriate orders as warranted by law, as expeditiously as possible,

preferably within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
