THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.23688 of 2015 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:

"to issue Writ of Mandamus declaring the orders of the 2nd respondent in SRA 2/2014/F2 dated 25.05.2015 as the said orders are contrary to the facts and evidence on record and caused grave injustice to the tribal petitioners, illegal and arbitrary."

When the matter is came up for hearing, a preliminary objection with regard to the maintainability of the writ petition is taken by the learned Government Pleader stating that as against the orders impugned, revision lies under Land Transfer Regulations.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is closed giving liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternative remedy of appeal before the concerned forum. No costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. ___________________ A.V. SESHA SAI, J Date : 03.08.2015 ssp
