THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R. SUBHASH REDDY AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA WRIT PETITION No.34120 OF 2013 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice R. Subhash Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed questioning the order, dated 06.11.2013, passed by the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at L.B. Nagar, Ranga Reddy District, in exercise of powers conferred under Section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (for short, 'the Act').

This Court, by order, dated 27.11.2013, passed interim order on the allegation of the petitioners that notices under Sections 13 (2) and 13

(4) of the Act are not served on them, but subsequently, such order was modified by order, dated 23.04.2014, permitting the petitioners to pay the amount due in four installments.

When the matter is called, there is no representation for the petitioners. It is submitted by the learned counsel for respondent - Bank that the petitioners have not paid the amount due as per order, dated 23.04.2014.

Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed. No costs.
