This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 18.07.2018 passed in I.A.No.1647 of 2017 in O.S.No.14 of 2011 on the file of the Court of Principal District Judge, at Mahabubnagar. 2.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law including filing of fresh petition. 3.

Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
