HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITON No. 5403 of 2004 O R D E R:

This writ petition is filed seeking to issue a writ of Mandamus directing respondent No.3 to continue the petitioner in respondent No.3-Society with regular pay scale from the date of her regulararization and without sending her back to A.P.Handicrafts Development Corporation.

When the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for petitioner would submit that pursuant to the status-quo orders passed by this court on 30.04.2004, the petitioner is being continued in her post and no further orders are necessary in the writ petition. Learned Standing Counsel for respondents did not oppose for the same.

In view of the above submission, the writ petition is closed. No costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ Petition shall stand closed.
