HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. SEETHARAMA MURTI Civil Revision Petition No.5827 of 2015 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition, under Section 115 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, by the petitioner/ 1st defendant is directed against the orders, dated 01.12.2015, of the learned Judge, Family Court-cum-VIII Additional District Judge, Mahabubnagar, passed in I.A.No.827 of 2014 in A.S.No.33 of 2014.

There is no representation for the petitioner. Learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent/ plaintiff brings to the notice of the Court that the appeal itself was dismissed for default on 10.08.2016, and that therefore, no cause survives for further adjudication in this revision. He also produced a certified copy of the order, dated 10.08.2016, passed by the Court below, whereby, the appeal was dismissed for default on the aforesaid date. In that view of the matter, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
