THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V. RAMASUBRAMANIAN AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE G. SHYAM PRASAD WRIT PETITION No.8160 OF 2006 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice V. Ramasubramanian) The petitioners filed an Application, before the Andhra Pradesh Tribunal at Hyderabad (for short, 'the Tribunal'), seeking a direction to conduct counselling for promotion to the post of School Assistant (English). They also sought an interim relief, which was not granted by the Tribunal.

As against the action of the Tribunal, in not granting an interim relief, the petitioners filed the above writ petition. While ordering notice in the writ petition, an interim order appears to have been granted. The interim order has the effect of directing the respondents to conduct fresh counselling. Therefore, at this distance of time, nothing more needs to be done. Hence, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs. As a sequel to closure of the writ petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed as infructuous. ________________________ V.
