HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT & HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI W.P. No. 26870 of 2018 O R D E R:- (ORAL) (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) This writ petition is filed seeking a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 4th respondent - University in not giving posting order to the petitioner though the petitioner has given joining report in the Administrative Office of the 4th respondent pursuant to the Proceedings No.116/ Registrar/ SKLTSHU/ 2015, dated 26.07.2018 issued by the 5th respondent relieving the petitioner and others, as illegal and arbitrary.

Heard the learned counsel for both the parties and with their consent this writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage.

It is pertinent to mention that in pursuance of the order dated 11.06.2018 in W.P.No. 15970 of 2018 passed by this Court, the Vice Chancellors of both the Universities i.e. Dr.Y.S.R. Horticulture University and Sri Konda Laxman Telangana State Horticulture University - respondent Nos.4 and 5 herein, along with Secretaries of the State of Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh, met on 24.07.2018 in Hyderabad and approved final distribution of all cadre posts. As per Annexure-II, the petitioner is allocated to the 4th

SKK,J & AKS,J WP_26870_2018 respondent - University, however till date the 4th respondent has not given him posting orders. Since the petitioner is allotted to the 4th respondent, there cannot be any justifiable reason in not giving posting order to the petitioner.

Hence, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition by directing the 4th respondent - University to give posting order to the petitioner within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
