THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL PETITION No.14449 of 2013 ORDER:

This petition, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., is filed by the petitioner/Accused seeking to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No. 569 of 2013 of Station House Officer, Jeedimetla Police Station, Ranga Reddy District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 468, 471 and 420 IPC.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the Investigating Agency after completion of investigation filed charge sheet on 27.08.2016 before the learned Magistrate and cognizance being taken vide Calendar Case No.873 of 2016 and the matter has become infructuous.

Recording the submission of learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
