These Writ Petitions are filed challenging G.O.Ms.No.100 Home (General.A.1) Department dated 26.04.2013. Heard.

It is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the issue involved in these writ petitions has already been adjudicated by this Court in a batch of writ petitions viz., W.P.No.18779 of 2016 and its batch, vide common order dated 31.10.2016, in W.P.No.42557 of 2016 vide order dated 07.12.2016 and in W.P.No.26465 of 2014 and its batch vide common order dated 10.11.2016, and this matter is squarely covered by the said orders.

Recording the above submission, these Writ Petitions are disposed of in terms of the common order dated 31.10.2016 in W.P.No.18779 of 2016 and its batch and copy of the same be annexed to this order. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
