HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT WRIT APPEAL No. 68 of 2016 and WRIT PETITION No.20376 of 2015 PC: (per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) Mr.V.Ashok Ram, learned counsel appearing for the respondent-college, submits that since the students are not admitted in the college, he has instructions to withdraw the writ petition itself. Mr.A.Abhishek Reddy, learned counsel appearing for the appellant, has no objection for allowing the writ petitioners to withdraw the writ petition itself.

Writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn and as a consequence thereof, writ appeal also stands disposed of. It is made clear that the order impugned in the writ appeal, insofar as the respondent-college is concerned, is set aside.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of.
