Mr.N.V.Anantha Krishna, learned counsel for petitioner, submits that the petitioner has taken no objection vakalat from him and for the present, he is not appearing in the matter. I have perused the record in the instant revision. The petitioner has not chosen to appoint an Advocate in the place of Mr.N.V.Anantha Krishna.

There was no representation for the petitioner on 31.01.2017 as well as today.

The revision is, accordingly, dismissed for default. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, stand closed.
