ORDER

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in not considering the case of the petitioner for the post of Assistant Manager (HR), on the ground that he obtained the qualification outside State of Andhra Pradesh.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that in an identical issue, this Court in W.P.No.24640 of 2011, dated 25.4.2013, directed the respondents to take the qualification into account and consideration and pass appropriate orders with regard to the candidature of the writ petitioner for recruitment to the post of Assistant Manager (HR). If there is any such vacancy immediately available, the respondents would do well to take all necessary steps to fill it up, duly considering the case of the petitioner along with other eligible and suitable employees possessing the same or similar qualification. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the order passed in W.P.No.24640 of 2011, dated 25.4.2013. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
