This writ petition is filed challenging the proceedings of respondent No.2, dated 11.01.2016, in SR No.03 of 2015. This Court is not inclined to consider the challenge made in the writ petition in view of availability of alternative remedy of appeal, which the petitioner wants to avail now.

In the circumstances, 30 days time from the date of receipt of copy of order is granted to the petitioner to avail alternative remedy of appeal before the competent authority.

Granting the liberty as aforestated, the writ petition is disposed of.
