Heard counsel for the petitioner and Sri R.Vinod Reddy, Standing Counsel appearing for respondents.

It is stated by counsel on both sides that the issue in the Writ Petition is covered by the order dt.15.12.2014 in W.P.No.31378 of 2014.

Therefore, for reasons alike, this Writ Petition is also allowed and the respondents are directed to release electrical connection to the petitioner's subject premises, which shall be subject to the outcome of the regularization scheme to be framed by the Government of Telangana State in regard to regularization of construction in question and also the decision of the Supreme Court in Special Leave Petition pending before it wherein order dt.12.09.2012 in W.P. No.20407 of 2008 and batch passed by this Court is pending consideration. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
