ORDER:

Petitioners complain of inaction of the second respondent in considering their application for mutation in their favour in terms of the final decree passed in Appl.No.107 of 2010 passed by this Court dated 26.02.2010 with respect to Sy.No.3 of Ghansimiyaguda village, Shamshabad Mandal, Ranga Reddy District.

2. Instructions received by the learned Government Pleader, however, state that the procedure prescribed under the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971 is already initiated by issuing Form VIII notices on 17.07.2015 and in response thereto, certain objections are already received and the date for hearing objection was fixed on 26.09.2015. It is also stated that after hearing the objection petitioners and after perusing the record, appropriate decision will be taken on the application for mutation filed by the petitioners.

3. In view of the aforesaid instructions, therefore, the second respondent shall follow the procedure prescribed under the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

The writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ______________________ VILAS V. AFZULPURKAR, J September 28, 2015 DSK
