ORDER:

The writ petition is instituted aggrieved by the inaction of the respondents in not passing any order allotting 300 square yards of land to the petitioner as house site patta in Survey No.123 of Hydernagar Village, Balanagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, and sought for consequential directions.

2. The petitioner filed a Memo, dated 24.07.2014, whereby the request of the petitioner for allotment of house site patta was rejected. In view of the orders passed, the cause in the writ petition does not survive and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed leaving it open to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedies as available in law against the decision of the District Collector, Ranga Reddy District, dated 10.11.2014. There shall be no order as to costs.

3. In view of the dismissal of the writ petition, the W.P.M.P.No.32001 of 2013 is closed as no further orders are necessary.
