The case of the petitioner is that she purchased a house site in Plot No.29 in Survey No.719/1 of Railway Kodur Village and Mandal, Kadapa District, and presented the document before the 5th respondent for registration. However, the 5th respondent refused to register the same stating that Survey No.719/1 is an endowment land as per the list furnished by the Assistant Commissioner, Endowments, Kadapa District. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner filed Appeal No.3 of 2016 before the 4th respondent, but the same is not being disposed of by him. According to the petitioner, Survey No.719/1 is not an endowment land and earlier when the 5th respondent refused to register document in respect of Plot No.24 situated in the same survey number on the same ground, she filed Appeal No.

2 of 2016 before the 4th respondent, who, allowed the said appeal by order dated 15.02.2016 stating that the subject land is not included in the list of endowments properties furnished to the 5th respondent by the Commissioner, Endowments Department, in the years 2008, 2010 and 2014 and registered the sale deed for Plot No.24 and released the same to the petitioner.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to dispose of Appeal No.3 of 2016 filed by the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be

no order as to costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
