When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that since the issue involved in this writ petition has been settled out of Court between the parties, the cause in this writ petition does not survive for adjudication.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
