The case of the petitioner is that in spite of her representation dated 07.01.2009 submitted to the 2nd respondent to send verification cum entitlement report and non-availability of record certificate to the 1st respondent for being considered her case for payment of central family pension, the same was not considered and no steps have been taken so far. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Assistant Solicitor General for 1st respondent and learned Government Pleader for 2nd respondent.
Considering the grievance of the petitioner and since the petitioner is a senior citizen, this Court feels it appropriate to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 07.01.2009 and forward the document/report as sought for by the petitioner, to the 1st respondent in accordance with the relevant guidelines and in turn, the 1st respondent is directed to consider the case of the petitioner for payment of central family pension and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law and communicate a copy of the same to the petitioner. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
