HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT C.R.P.No.4418 OF 2018 ORDER: (ORAL) Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks direction thereby directing the trial Court to dispose of I.A No.2038 of 2016 in SOP No.1257 of 2016, wherein the counter-affidavit has already been filed on 30th October 2017.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Keeping in view the averments made in the instant petition and the submissions of learned counsel for the petitioner, I hereby direct the trial Court to dispose of I.A.No.2038 of 2016 in SOP No.1257 of 2016 within two (02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order by giving opportunity to both parties.

4. In view of the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
