ORDER
Heard Mr.T.Nitender Singh, counsel for the petitioner and Assistant Government Pleader (Home).

The petitioner prays for mandamus, declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in not investigating the case in crime No. 100/12 of Shamshabad Police Station, Ranga Reddy District, as illegal, unconstitutional.

On 23.11.2017 the following order was passed. The statutory duty and obligation of expeditiously conducting of investigation is complained in the present writ petition.
The writ petition was filed on 17.09.2013 and on 20.09.2013, rule nisi was issued to respondents. The Assistant Government Pleader for Home is neither posted with the stage of investigation nor in a position to inform the Court any further developments in Crime No.100 of 2012.
The filing of the writ petition is also activating its purpose with the approach exhibited by 2nd respondent. Post on 27.11.2017 in adjourned motion list under the same caption.
The 2nd respondent places before the Court, the steps taken in this behalf and if charge sheet or a report is not filed, as the case may be, the 2nd respondent is directed to deposit Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) to Secretary Legal Services Authority.
The Assistant Government Pleader is authorised to communicate the gist of the order to 1st and 2nd respondents. 4.
The Assistant Government Pleader placed on record written instructions dated 27.11.2017 and submits that final report was filed in the
Court of VIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Rajendra Nagar on 30.09.2012 and the report shows the complaint as false. 5.
The counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not know whether petitioner has been served the copies of the final report or not. Since the copy is made available now, the remedies available to the petitioner may be left open.

The Writ Petition is disposed of by granting liberty to work out remedies against the final report dated 30.09.2012. The Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
