ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the 3rd respondent to register and investigate the crime pursuant to the complaint dated 10.07.2015 given by the petitioner to the I Town Police Station, Visakhapatnam.

Learned Government Pleader for Home has produced the written instructions received from the Sub Inspector of Police, I Town Police Station, Visakhapatnam City, wherein it is stated that as per the station records, the 3rd respondent-Station House Officer, did not receive any complaint, as alleged; the 3rd respondent tried to secure the presence of the petitioner at the given address, but he was not available; and whenever the petitioner approaches the 3rd respondent, necessary action would be taken as per law.

In the circumstances, liberty is given to the petitioner to approach the 3rd respondent and lodge a complaint afresh, if he is so interested.
